Residence of studios and apartments with an individual room for students. It’s a recently restored building situated right in the old town of Granada, in front of the Cathedral, next to the leisure and restaurant area.

Every studio has a distribution and specific characteristics. All rooms are equipped with private bath, TV, study desk, Kitchen-office and wifi. A weekly cleaning service of rooms and sheets is included. All expenditures are included: electricity, water, heating, wifi, community charges, cleaning and personalized attention service. Common areas for residents with living room, kitchen, fridge, TV and wifi. Community washing machine and dryer services.
