Every room will receive a cleaning service weekly.

Included charges

All electricity, water and community charges are included in the price of the studio.

Washing machine and dryer

In a terrace, students have a washing machine and a dryer. Moreover there is a common clothesline for more delicated garments

Heating

This building is equipped with a centralized water heating system, included in the price of the apartment.

Attention service

All students will have our attention service available from 10:00 to 13:30 and from 17:00 to 20:30
